Our Story

At Guidepost ABA, we believe every child deserves to be seen, celebrated, and supported — and every parent deserves a team they can truly trust.

At Guidepost ABA, our vision is rooted in warmth, respect, and partnership. We believe every child deserves to be understood, valued, and supported in a way that honors who they are. Through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, we help children with autism build meaningful skills while preserving their individuality and dignity.

We see parents and caregivers as essential partners in the journey. Our role is not only to support your child, but to guide and empower you with practical tools, clear communication, and ongoing encouragement. With immediate access to care, no waitlists, and a highly collaborative approach, we ensure families feel supported and confident every step of the way.

In every interaction, we lead with empathy. We celebrate progress, respect each child’s pace, and create safe, nurturing environments where growth can happen naturally. At Guidepost ABA, we are more than a therapy provider—we are a trusted guide, walking alongside your family with compassion, expertise, and unwavering support.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know about starting ABA therapy.

Every RBT at Guidepost has gone through extensive background checks, vetting, and training to ensure only the best, safest care is provided to your child.

Absolutely. We have a dedicated insurance team that handles benefit verification, pre-authorizations, and will explain your coverage (deductibles, co-pays, etc.) in plain English.

ABA therapy is highly personalized. We focus on practical skills like communication (using words or devices), social interaction (sharing, turn-taking), self-care (brushing teeth), and reducing unsafe behaviors like aggression or elopement.

We specialize in In-Home and In-School services throughout Texas. This allows children to learn in the environments where they spend the most time, making it easier for skills to generalize to daily life.

Of course! At Guidepost, we believe parent involvement is the KEY to sustained growth. We are always available for questions, concerns, or comments regarding your child's care.

Never! Guidepost is an assent practice, which means NO means NO. Your child will never be forced or asked to do things that they, or you, are not comfortable with.

Absolutely! One of the key benefits of in-home care is the ability for high-level parent engagement. We believe that the parent is the most important part of successful ABA, and your involvement is always appreciated!
